Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) requires vacuum pumps and controllers to achieve ultra-high vacuum conditions (10^-10 torr or lower) for a new synchrotron beamline at SURF III. This beamline is critical for the CHIPS project and will support the power measurement needs of the semiconductor industry. The required equipment includes specific models of ion pumps, differential ion pumps, and associated pump controllers and interconnect cabling. All items must be new and shipped in original manufacturer packaging with all documentation. Delivery is expected to be FOB Destination to NIST in Gaithersburg, MD, within 12 weeks of order receipt. A 12-month warranty from the time of acceptance is required.
