Solid Waste and Recycling Services for the City of Benbrook

The City of Benbrook is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive solid waste and recycling services. This includes collection for residential, commercial, and light commercial units, as well as services for city-owned facilities. The scope also encompasses bulky waste, yard waste, and brush collection. Additionally, the city is interested in recurring or on-demand household hazardous waste collection events. The contract will have an initial term of five years, commencing January 1, 2027, with the option for up to three additional five-year renewal terms. Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. CDT on Thursday, June 25, 2026. A mandatory information session will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at City of Benbrook City Hall.
