Replacement of Two Non-Operational Boilers at FCDAS

This solicitation is for the replacement of two non-operational boilers at the Fairbanks Command Data Acquisition Station (FCDAS) in Fairbanks, Alaska. The project involves providing all labor, materials, and equipment to replace the existing boilers, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, as well as integration with the existing Building Automation System (BAS) for lead/lag operation. The scope of work includes the demolition and disposal of the old boilers, installation of new Burnham commercial boilers (or approved equal), and ensuring operational continuity by maintaining the functionality of the primary operational boilers during the replacement process. The contract will be firm-fixed-price and is set aside 100% for small businesses. The project requires compliance with Davis-Bacon Act labor standards and registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). A site visit is scheduled for May 21, 2026, and the proposal deadline has been extended to June 5, 2026.
