Rapid Antigen Production for Immunoassay Diagnostics (RAPID)

This solicitation seeks proposals for the Rapid Antigen Production for Immunoassay Diagnostics (RAPID) initiative, issued through the Rapid Response Partnership Vehicle (RRPV) Consortium on behalf of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA). The objective is to advance research and development of rapid antibody and other protein-based molecular recognition reagent generation platforms. The goal is to create flexible, end-to-end systems capable of producing high-performance binders against biological threats, thereby significantly reducing development timelines for assay-ready reagents from pathogen sequence to readiness, ideally within weeks. A Proposer's Conference and Teaming Connect for this initiative will be held virtually on Monday, April 27, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST.
