Demolition and Clearance Services

The City of Tulsa is soliciting bids for demolition and clearance services. This is a one-year contract with the possibility of additional one-year renewals. The scope of services includes structural demolition, foundation removal, plugging sanitary sewer systems, trash and debris removal, tree and brush removal, mowing, weed eating, clearing and cleaning of properties, trenching, constructing earthen barriers, fencing, silt-fencing, and backfilling/final grading. Sellers must be Oklahoma state-licensed asbestos abatement contractors and must provide proof of asbestos removal certification with their bid. Minimum requirements include having at least ten full-time employees, providing a written history of previous experience, and submitting a copy of their internal company safety program. Equipment requirements include track-hoes, track loaders, dump trucks, and a computer system for electronic correspondence. Bids must be submitted sealed to the City of Tulsa - City Clerk's Office.
