Institutional Trustee Services

The General Services Department, on behalf of the State Fairgrounds District Board, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure Institutional Trustee Services. The selected trustee will be responsible for providing comprehensive trustee, registrar, paying agent, and related fiduciary services in connection with the District's current and future bond issuances and financing programs. The objective is to ensure accurate administration of bond funds, strict compliance with governing indentures and applicable law, and proactive management of fiduciary responsibilities.
