Description
This project involves sound insulation treatments for up to 39 residential properties located in Burlington, South Burlington, and Winooski, Vermont. The scope of work for each home includes, but is not limited to, window and door replacement, HVAC system installation with associated electrical work, insulation, drywall installation, and finish carpentry and painting. Contractors must be pre-qualified by the City of Burlington and must be bonded and insured to the levels specified in the Contract Documents. Bid documents are available for download from http://www.btvsound.com/ starting April 14, 2026. A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid conference will be held on April 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
