Parks and Recreation Tree Watering Contract

The City of Ames is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for a contract to provide watering services for ninety trees located in Right-of-Way areas across various locations within the city. This contract is managed by the Parks and Recreation Department. All bids must be submitted by the specified deadline, as late submissions will not be considered. Bidders must acknowledge that their bids will remain valid for at least sixty (60) days following the scheduled closing time for bid receipt. The City of Ames retains the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and to award the contract in a manner deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
