Bitter Creek Bridge Girders

The Town of Clarkdale is soliciting sealed proposals for the supply of eight (8) 42-inch Utah Bulb Tee Girders, each 73 feet in length, for the replacement of the Bitter Creek Bridge. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site individually and submit questions in writing. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "BID for Town of Clarkdale BITTER CREEK BRIDGE PROJECT" with the bidder's name and address. The sealed envelope should be addressed to the Town Clerk, Town of Clarkdale, 39 N 9th Street, Clarkdale, Arizona 86324. If mailed, the bid envelope must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Office of the Town Clerk, Town of Clarkdale, 39 N 9th Street, PO Box 308, Clarkdale, Arizona 86324. Bids will be opened and publicly read by the Town. The award will be made to the bidder whose proposal best conforms to the invitation and is most advantageous to the Town of Clarkdale, considering price, conformity to specifications, quality, uniformity of product, and past performance. The Town Council reserves the right to reject all bids if deemed in the public interest.
