2026 Mill and Overlay Project

The City of Englewood is soliciting bids for the "2026 Mill and Overlay" project. This project requires a qualified contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, traffic control, and equipment for milling existing asphalt pavement, resurfacing streets, replacing pavement markings, and grading and placing millings in alleys. The scope of work also includes asphalt patching, removal of unsuitable material, base course work, applying emulsified tack coat, and installing thermoplastic pavement markings and paint pavement markings. The project is expected to commence in July 2026 and be completed by October 2026.
