Veterinary Services Annual Contract

The City of Sierra Vista is requesting proposals for veterinary services to support its Animal Control Office's pet adoption program. The services are divided into three options: 1) providing services at the veterinarian's clinic for animals from the Animal Control Office as part of the adoption process, and 2) providing on-site surgical services weekly at the city's new animal surgical center. A third option allows for proposals of services not specifically requested. The contract will be for one year with up to four annual extensions, potentially extending the term until June 30, 2031. The City intends to award contracts to multiple providers.
