Annual Supply of Liquid Ammonium Sulfate 40%

The City of Santa Barbara is soliciting bids for the annual supply of Liquid Ammonium Sulfate 40%, which is used to treat the secondary influent at the El Estero Water Resource Center (EEWRC). It is estimated that approximately 80,000 gallons will be delivered annually in 5,000-gallon tanker loads into two 6,000-gallon bulk storage tanks. The contract will be for fiscal year 2027, ending June 30, 2027, with the possibility of renewal for four additional one-year terms, not to exceed a total of five years from the date of award.
