Description

The Department of Homeland Security (FEMA) requires comprehensive transportation and shipping services for disaster response and recovery efforts in American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). This requirement aims to establish multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts to ensure the timely delivery of initial response resources and commodities to these locations.
