Description

The State of Rhode Island is seeking proposals from qualified training providers to be listed on MPA 527. This Master Price Agreement (MPA) will provide vendors capable of developing and/or delivering both web-based (e-learning) and classroom (face-to-face) training workshops and materials for an adult learning environment. The purpose of MPA 527 is to support and enhance the skills and knowledge of the state's workforce and the development of its employees. Vendors will be expected to develop and/or deliver a wide range of training, including staff development, leadership development, organizational capacity, executive leadership, and leadership and management training. Specific examples include project management, coaching and mentoring, leading people, critical thinking, managing creative conflict, customer service, and office skills. Training modules can be delivered via internet-based, traditional classroom style, or blended approaches. Vendors may also be retained to deliver existing training programs. Proposals will be evaluated on a Pass/Fail basis for organizational background, experience (must have been in business for at least two years), qualifications, references, and completion of Exhibit A, Vendor Training Specialty(s).
