Treatment Services for Federal Defendants and Persons Under Supervision
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of California intends to procure treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision using Blanket Purchase Agreements. These agreements will be for the period beginning October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with a provision for the Government to unilaterally extend the agreement for an additional four years. Required services include, but are not limited to, routine collection/testing, case management, assessments/evaluations, counseling in the areas of substance use, mental health, co-occurring disorders, and sex offense, polygraph examinations, physical examinations, outpatient and inpatient detoxification, medication, short- and long-term residential placement, and transportation expenses. Interested offerors must submit an email of interest to procurement@caep.uscourts.gov and samantha_washington@caep.uscourts.gov that includes the offeror's agency name, point of contact(s), telephone number, and email address for point of contact(s), and solicitations catchment areas interested in receiving notices. Requests for Proposals (RFPs) will be posted on the agency's webpage at Solicitations | Eastern District of California (uscourts.gov) on or after June 18, 2026. Offerors must demonstrate they can provide services within the catchment area with an available facility, that services will be provided by qualified professionals, and that prices are competitive.
