Physical Therapy Services for Red Clay Consolidated School District

The Red Clay Consolidated School District, in conjunction with the Colonial School District, is seeking proposals for physical therapy services. This RFP covers services for students across all K-12 schools, including those in specialized classrooms, as well as for the Early Years Program and the Meadowood Program. The contract period is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with an option to renew. Services required include consultative, individual, and group therapies and evaluations, with caseloads varying based on student needs. The contractor must demonstrate at least three years of experience in providing related services to students with disabilities in a school setting, offer continuing education for their staff, and provide training to school staff, parents, and paraprofessionals. The contractor must also be able to provide services during extended school year programs and 12-month entitlement programming. Invoices and therapist documentation specific to IEPs are required, along with demonstrated experience with Delaware's Children's Services Cost Recovery (Medicaid). All personnel providing services must have the necessary State of Delaware licenses and clearances, including criminal background checks and Child Protection Registry checks.
