HVAC Replacement - Design-Build - Four Locations

The School District of Greenville County is soliciting proposals for a design-build firm to replace HVAC systems at four of its schools: Thomas E. Kerns Elementary, Blythe Academy, Slater-Marietta Elementary, and Golden Strip Child Development Center. The project includes design services in accordance with current codes, demolition of existing equipment, installation of new equipment, and associated modifications to systems. The scope of work also encompasses grounding and bonding studies, fire alarm design at two locations, coordination with commissioning and testing, protection of floors, disposal of old equipment, and submission of as-built drawings. The contract will be for one year from the date of award, with an anticipated project start date of August 1, 2026, and a desired contract end date of January 1, 2029.
