Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) Services Letter of Interest
Washington County, Oregon HHS
Washington County Behavioral Health Division is requesting Letters of Interest (LOIs) from qualified organizations to provide fidelity Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) services. This is a transitional program serving young adults, aged 12 to 30, experiencing early symptoms of psychosis for approximately two years. EASA teams are multidisciplinary and can include counselors, case managers, supported employment/education specialists, medical staff, peer support, occupational therapy, nursing, family education, and skills training. Per Washington County Rules of Procurement, this Letter of Interest process may lead to a negotiated contract if the number of interested proposers does not exceed the number of contracts available, potentially foregoing a full RFP process. Only those who respond to this LOI will be invited to participate in a subsequent RFP, if issued.
