Food and Catering Services

Forney Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for food and catering services. The district plans to approve multiple vendors on an "as needed basis" and makes no guarantee of quantities. This is an ongoing bid, with bids being opened periodically and added to the approved vendor list if awarded. This proposal specifically excludes child nutrition services. Vendors currently awarded for Forney ISD RFP 2022-014 or 2022-014.1 should not submit a new bid response. Forney ISD prefers to use purchasing cooperative contracts unless a bid offers a greater discount. Vendors who do not wish to participate will not have their services utilized. Only responding vendors awarded a portion of this contract will be allowed to provide services. All questions regarding the proposal must be submitted through the e-Bidding portal no later than 2:00 PM on June 1, 2026.
