Bus Sales, Parts, Services, and Related Items for ESC Region 19 Allied States Cooperative

This solicitation covers the sale of buses, parts, optional equipment, and services such as delivery, installation, and repair. Vendors are encouraged to provide their entire line of products and services, including gas, propane, and CNG buses and transport vehicles, as well as associated maintenance, warranty work, and agreements. Pricing should be based on a discount from a price list or catalog, or a fixed price, with indefinite quantities. Electronic catalogs and/or price lists must accompany proposals. Vendors must be approved by the manufacturer to sell, install, and service the equipment proposed and must submit an approval letter. Texas-based vendors must possess a Franchise Motor Vehicle Dealer Certificate from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. Vendors proposing to serve states other than Texas must have all required licenses and certificates for each state. This solicitation replaces solicitation 21-7412, and vendors previously awarded on that solicitation must respond for consideration.
