This is a Sources Sought notice from the United States Air Force to determine industry capability for providing the Additive Mfg 450mc 3D Printer, according to specified Salient Characteristics. Interested companies capable of providing this item should submit a capability statement to Mar Rodriguez at maria_del_mar.rodriguez_martinez@us.af.mil. No questions or offers should be submitted at this time. The required system is the FORTUS 450MC GEN 3 SYSTEM FULL OPTION, which includes a 16x14x16 inch build envelope, four material bays, CE Conformance, a composite-ready hardened drive, Insight and GRABCAD print software, and a 1-year warranty. The offering also includes all current and future material licenses, a hardened head with docking station, ASA starter material, tips, build sheets, and 1 year each of GRABCAD PRINT PRO and STREAMLINE PRO. Associated materials include various ULTEM, ASA, Nylon 12, and SR30/SR100/SR110 support filaments. Software options include GRABCAD PRINT PRO and STREAMLINE PRO. Service contracts such as EMERALD CARE 450 and on-site installation and training are also listed, along with accessories like isolation transformers, various sheet bundles, and print tips.
