Description

The Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission (MWMC) is soliciting prequalification responses from General Contractors (Prime Bidders) experienced in concrete structure surface demolition and restoration using repair mortars and epoxy coatings. This prequalification is for an upcoming multi-phase concrete repair project at the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF), which is operated by the MWMC for wastewater treatment. The anticipated bid date for the project is May 19, 2026. Prequalification documents can be accessed and downloaded from the provided link. Specific questions or necessary clarifications regarding the prequalification process must be submitted in accordance with the prequalification documents to mdapkus@springfield-or.gov.
