Statewide Beet-Based Deicing Products

The State of Missouri, through the Department of Transportation (MoDOT), is soliciting bids for beet-based deicing products. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) covers various products including Beet55, Geomelt55, BeetHeet Concentrate MN, and BeetHeet Concentrate, to be delivered to multiple MoDOT districts across the state. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028, with three additional one-year renewal option periods. Deliveries are expected within 15 calendar days of receiving a purchase order, with specific requirements for load sizes and unloading procedures.
