Renewable Diesel Fuel Supply

The City of Santa Barbara is soliciting bids for the supply of renewable diesel fuel, available in both clear and red-dye variants. Fuel specifications are detailed within the solicitation documents. A single supplier will be selected to ensure consistent fuel quality for all delivery quantities. The initial contract period will be for one year from the award date, with a purchase order covering the remainder of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. This contract includes the possibility of four additional one-year renewals, not to exceed a total term of five years from the award date. Bidders should be aware that any resulting service purchase order may be subject to City of Santa Barbara Ordinance No. 5384, concerning Living Wages.
