Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is requesting proposals to provide fishing education programming and experiences. The programs should target underserved and underrepresented communities, with a particular focus on youth and families. Programming should include how-to instruction and hands-on experiences in locations close to where participants reside, where they have a high likelihood of catching fish. This project is anticipated to be awarded to multiple vendors. The anticipated contract term is from June 2026 to May 2027, with the option to extend for an additional year.
