Medical Physicist Services for Cheyenne River Health Center

This solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed Price, Non-Personal, commercial service contract for Medical Physicist services at the Cheyenne River Health Center in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The contract will be for a period of one year from the date of award. The services required include annual inspections of all imaging equipment (x-ray, CT, ultrasound), acceptance testing for new or relocated equipment, performance testing after repairs, radiation safety audits, shielding design calculations and surveys, and assistance with developing a comprehensive technical quality assurance program. The contractor must ensure all work meets performance standards and complies with applicable regulations and recommendations from bodies such as the American College of Radiology (ACR) and the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA). Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) factors, considering technical acceptability (meeting Statement of Work requirements), price, and past performance. Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to Jordyn.Brown@ihs.gov by May 13, 2026, at 12:00 pm MT. Contractors must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI), TIN, and be registered with www.sam.gov. Invoices will be processed through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
