The New York State and Local Retirement System (NYSLRS), through the Office of the State Comptroller, is seeking qualified firms to provide printing and mailing services for its biannual retiree newsletters. The contract will cover two editions per year: Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. The selected contractor will be responsible for printing the newsletters, providing proofs, estimating postage costs, and performing the mailing. A key requirement is that the contractor must possess and utilize their own United States Postal Service (USPS) postal permit for domestic mailing, and all mailings must originate from a New York State post office. NYSLRS will provide a check to cover postage costs. Subcontracting of any services is strictly prohibited. The procurement documents are available on the Office of the State Comptroller's website.
