Parking Lot and Driveway Improvements

Clearview Regional Middle School / High School requires comprehensive site work for parking lot and driveway improvements. The project scope includes variable depth milling of existing parking lots with an asphalt HMA surface course, construction of new parking lot areas, pavement repair, and thermoplastic striping and directional traffic markings. Additionally, the project involves installing a concrete driveway apron, wheel stops, ADA curb ramps, concrete curbing, 4-inch thick concrete sidewalks with detectable warning surfaces, traffic signage, and rebuilding inlets and catch basins as indicated on the drawings. The estimated project cost is $1.8 million.
