As-Needed Fencing Services

The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) is soliciting bids for on-demand commercial fencing services. This includes the installation, repair, and rental of fencing for various EWEB departments. The resulting contract(s) are intended for smaller, individual projects with a value under $50,000.00 each, and the overall contract term is expected to be 5 years. Prevailing Wage will apply to all projects under the resulting contract. EWEB reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts. Bidders must meet minimum qualifications, including being in business for commercial fencing for the last 5 years, the ability to respond the same day for services and provide services for non-emergency projects within four business days, and provide references for three commercial fencing projects. Bidders must also comply with all Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) and Construction Contractors Board (CCB) requirements.
