Chilled Water Line Upgrade at South Dakota State University

South Dakota State University is soliciting bids for the labor and materials required to install chilled water lines near the First Bank and Trust Arena on campus. The project is identified by OSE# RO326--32X/DEL and SDSU Project # 26-172994. Bids will be accepted until 1:30 PM CT on Thursday, May 7, 2026. An on-site pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time. Contractors are required to meet at the Facilities and Services Conference Room on the SDSU campus in Brookings, SD, and are instructed to examine the site conditions prior to submitting their bid. Plans and specifications can be obtained from HR Green in Sioux Falls, SD, or regional builder's exchanges. Bidders who obtain these documents agree to specific terms regarding their use, return, or destruction. Bids exceeding $50,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or draft for 5% of the base bid and all add alternates, or a 10% bid bond from a surety authorized in South Dakota, made payable to the Board of Regents of the State of South Dakota.
