Annual Financial and Compliance Audit Services

The Pojoaque Valley School District (PVSD), located in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, is soliciting proposals from qualified Independent Public Accountants (IPAs) for Annual Financial and Compliance Audit Services. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the annual financial statement audit, federal Single Audit, preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with Government Auditing Standards, Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200), and the New Mexico State Auditor Rule (2.2.2 NMAC). The initial contract period will cover the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The District holds the option to renew the contract annually for up to three (3) additional one-year terms, contingent upon approval from both the District and the New Mexico Office of the State Auditor.
