Literacy Solutions Online Professional Development - Sole Source

The School District of DeSoto County is seeking online professional development products and services from Literacy Solutions and More, Inc. Literacy Solutions states that they are the sole source for their products listed in their 2025/2026 course catalogs. They also confirm that they are the only source for complimentary products, in-service training, or other services as agreed upon with the district or state. Customers purchasing their products will receive the catalog wholesale school price effective at the time of purchase. If any other vendor believes they have the same product, they must submit a complete cost proposal with descriptive literature and detailed specifications by the submission date.
