Oil/Water Separator and Land Treatment Facility Services at Grand Forks AFB

This solicitation is for comprehensive environmental services at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. The contractor will be responsible for the inspection, testing, cleaning, repair, and maintenance of oil/water separator (OWS) systems, grit chambers, and grease traps. This includes the collection and disposal of used vegetable cooking oil from government-provided containers. Additionally, the scope of work includes the mowing, tilling, monitoring, and sampling of the Land Treatment Facility (LTF) during the growing season (June-September). The contractor will also be responsible for managing and disposing of various waste streams, including non-hazardous and hazardous materials, in accordance with all applicable regulations and base plans. Reporting requirements include monthly work reports, sampling results, and an annual LTF report.
