Man-Transportable Robotic System and EOD Tools and Equipment

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Richmond is seeking sources for the new manufacture of Man-Transportable Robotic Systems (MTRS) and Common Robotic Systems (CRS-H), identified by NSN 5995-016863833. This is an unrestricted solicitation intended to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 5-year base period and no option periods. The applicable NAICS code is 334419. Potential sources must be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment for new manufacturing, including procurement of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation, packaging, and shipping. Capabilities in supply chain management, logistics planning, forecasting production requirements, long-lead time parts procurement, addressing diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages, and shipping serviceable assets are also desired. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of 48 each, with delivery to any facility in the Continental United States.
