Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent & Property Management Services

The Town of Westerly is soliciting sealed proposals for commercial real estate leasing agent and property management services for the property located at 328 Atlantic Avenue, Westerly, RI. The selected firm will be responsible for marketing, leasing, and managing the property, aiming to attract and retain quality tenants while protecting the Town's investment and ensuring optimal occupancy and operational efficiency. Services include setting rents, advertising available spaces, showing the property to prospective tenants, advising on negotiations and lease terms, and assisting with lease execution. Property management services encompass day-to-day oversight, addressing maintenance issues, responding to emergencies, conducting inspections, preparing reports, collecting rents and security deposits, and managing tenant requests. The contract will commence on or about June 1, 2026, for an initial 12-month term with a one-year extension option at the Town's discretion.
