Charter Bus Services for Washoe County School District

Washoe County School District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to establish a multiple-award pool of approved charter bus service providers. These services will be furnished on an as-needed basis for the term of the contract, which may include transportation for scholastic activities, athletic events, band and orchestra activities, academic competitions, field trips, and other District-authorized functions. Transportation may be required for students, staff, chaperones, advisors, and other individuals authorized by WCSD, to and from locations designated by WCSD. Submissions are due by 2:00 pm local time on June 4, 2026, at the WCSD Purchasing Department, 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room 0, Reno, NV 89521.
