Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Center Lease - Savannah, GA

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to lease existing office space in Savannah, GA, for a Vet Center. The required space is between 4,172 and 5,042 ANSI/BOMA Square Feet (ABOA SF), with a maximum of 5,389 Rentable Square Feet (RSF). Only existing buildings that can be modified to meet VA requirements will be considered; new construction is not accepted. The lease term is a firm 5 years with 15 soft years, and the government has termination rights after the firm term with 90 days' notice. The lease will be a fully serviced, turnkey lease, with rent covering all lessor costs, including shell upgrades, tenant improvements (TIs), operating costs, taxes, and security. The VA will evaluate offers based on technical factors (location, building design, lessor qualifications, project management) and past performance, with price being a significant consideration. The offer due date has been extended to May 14, 2026.
