Construction and Demolition Material Processing Services

The City of Sunnyvale is soliciting proposals for construction and demolition (C&D) material processing services. These services will be utilized for materials generated within the City and will be performed at facilities located in or near Santa Clara County. The City is interested in obtaining qualifications and rate proposals for potential agreement terms of five, ten, and fifteen years, with the possibility of up to five additional one-year extensions at the City's discretion. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing C&D material processing and associated residual disposal services. A detailed scope of work is outlined in Section 3.0 of the RFP document, and the terms and conditions are presented in the Draft Processing Agreement (Attachment A).
