Taylor County Justice of the Peace Court Addition

Taylor County, Texas is soliciting proposals for a Turnkey General Contractor to construct an approximate 871.5 square foot addition to the existing Justice-of-the-Peace Court located at 442 Graham Street, Tuscola, Texas. The scope of work includes concrete, masonry, millwork, framing, siding, roofing, doors, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. The General Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including managing trades, securing permits, supplying materials and labor, and delivering a fully finished facility. Proposals are due by 2:00 P.M. on Friday, June 12, 2026, at the Taylor County Purchasing Office, 600 Pecan Street, Abilene, Texas, 79602. Contractors are required to verify all dimensions on-site prior to construction. A Performance Bond and Labor/Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price, will be required after contract award. All insurance requirements, including Workers' Compensation, must be met prior to delivery and maintained throughout the contract term.
