Printing Services for Mesquite Independent School District

Mesquite Independent School District is seeking to establish a list of non-exclusive, on-call vendors to provide printing services as needed. This solicitation will result in awards to multiple vendors on a rolling basis throughout the open solicitation period, with awards made continuously as proposals are received, reviewed, and accepted. The anticipated annual expenditure for these services is approximately $200,000.00. The initial contract term is set to begin on the date of award and will continue through May 14, 2026. The District reserves the right to renew the contract annually for up to four additional years, extending the final possible end date to May 14, 2030.
