Weber County Tax Sale Auction

Weber County, Utah will conduct a public auction on May 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Weber County Center, 1st Floor Commission Chambers, located at 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401. The auction will offer for sale real property with delinquent taxes, pursuant to Section 59-2-1351.1 of the Utah State Tax Code. Bids must be equal to or greater than the total amount of taxes, interest, penalties, and administrative costs charged against the property. Registration to bid will begin at 9:00 a.m. outside the Commission Chambers. Potential bidders are advised that this is a "buyer beware" sale. It is the bidder's responsibility to research each property of interest. Upon successful purchase, a recorded Tax Deed, similar to a Quit Claim Deed, will be provided. The County may enforce the terms of the bid through legal judgment against the purchaser for the bid amount plus interest and attorney's fees.
