Rochester Community and Technical College is seeking a qualified contractor to establish a Maintenance/Service Master Contract for miscellaneous low voltage jobs. The contract will cover all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete these jobs as determined by the College's Low Voltage Standards and the Building Services Supervisor. The scope of work includes providing labor, materials, and equipment for low voltage cabling jobs, preparing project estimates, protecting existing facilities and personnel, cleaning up work sites, and submitting final documentation including as-builts and testing. Contractors must comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and rules. The contract is anticipated to be effective from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with an estimated work award of $0.00 to $50,000.00, whichever occurs first. Hubbell or equivalent premise wiring installations are required.
