Electrical Services for Utica City School District
Board of Education of the Utica City School District
The Board of Education of the Utica City School District is soliciting proposals for electrical services. These services are needed for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Bidders must submit their proposals by 11:00 a.m. on May 15, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Specifications and bid forms are available from the office of the Purchasing Agent at 929 York Street, Utica, New York, or can be obtained digitally in PDF format by emailing Michael Ferraro at mferraroi@uticaschools.org. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to Ms. Heather Mowat, Deputy Purchasing Agent, and clearly marked "ELECTRICAL SERVICES" in red on the lower, left-hand corner. Bidders are required to review the specifications thoroughly and base their bids accordingly. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to award the contract in whole or in part. In the event of identical bids, a random selection process will be used. The successful bidder will be required to promptly execute a contract and provide a performance bond made out to the Utica City School District.
