Vending Machines for Westley SRRA Northbound

The Department of Rehabilitation is soliciting quotes for the procurement of new vending machines. The required items include one hot drink coffee vending machine, one ice cream vending machine, three snack vending machines, and three drink vending machines, all to be installed at the Westley SRRA Northbound location. All machines must be newly manufactured and comply with applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, including ADA compliance and relevant UL standards. Key features required for all machines include price displays, basic programming capabilities, sold-out indications, keyed locks (all keyed alike), and bill validators capable of validating various bill denominations. Specific dimensions and power requirements are detailed for each machine type. Delivery and installation must be completed within 35 calendar days After Receipt of Order (ARO). The winning bidder will be responsible for coordinating delivery, setting the machines in place, testing for proper function, and removing all crating and packaging materials. The bidder must also offer a trade-in value for existing equipment or arrange for its removal to a recycler, providing a recycling receipt and barcode tags upon invoicing. All machines must be fully operational upon installation.
