Description

This solicitation is for the procurement of various frozen Alaska Pollock products, including blocks, fillet portions, oven-ready fish sticks, and nuggets, for distribution to Federal Food and Nutrition Assistance Programs. Contractors must meet stringent quality, processing, and documentation requirements, including U.S. Grade A standards, USDC/NOAA/SIP approval for processing facilities, and adherence to specific product specifications for origin, composition, and preparation.
