Historic Courthouse Elevator Replacement Project

Washington County is soliciting bids for the Historic Courthouse Elevator Replacement Project. This project involves the provision and installation of a replacement hydraulic elevator system within the Historic Courthouse. The scope of work includes modernization of the elevator, including new pump motor, valve, controller, door operating equipment, interlocks, wiring, hall and car fixtures, operating fixtures, cab, and select hoistway equipment. The project requires adherence to all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations, including those from the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) and ASME A17.1 Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators. Bids are to be submitted electronically via QuestCDN.com by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Washington County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or parts of bids, and to waive informalities. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Responsible Bidder.
