Athletic Supplies, Equipment, and Sporting Goods

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is soliciting proposals for athletic supplies, equipment, and sporting goods. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended to establish agreements for use by EPIC6 members and future members. The agreements will provide products and services related to athletics, including but not limited to fitness equipment, exercise equipment, sports equipment, and protective equipment. Awards will be made on a multi-vendor basis to responsive and responsible proposers who score a minimum of 70 evaluation points, based on factors such as price, availability, and delivery. Awarded vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all EPIC6 members. The term of the agreement is five years with an annual option for renewal. EPIC6 reserves the right to terminate the award at any time with or without cause.
