Commercial Greenhouses and Components

This solicitation is for the procurement of Growspan S2000 commercial greenhouses, along with various components and custom design and engineering services. The specific items requested include two Growspan S2000 Commercial Greenhouses (10' x 10' x 20'), one custom greenhouse design and engineering package, four aluminum single hung doors (3' x 7'), four Polymax Bench Systems (2' x 8'), two benches on wheels (2' x 8' with expanded metal top), two EZ Grow 3-level plant and display benches, two Growspan S2000 Ridge Vent Packages (4' x 20' interior, with Ridder), and two Growspan Swinging Side Vent Packages (5' x 18' exterior, with manual operation). All items are to be delivered FOB Destination, with the awarded supplier responsible for all shipping and delivery costs. Bids for makes other than the requested model must include complete product identification, descriptive literature, and any known specification deviations. Electronic bid responses are required via the PA Supplier Portal. Contractors must also submit a completed GSPUR-89 Reciprocal Limitations Form and the BOP 22 Worker Protection and Investment Form. The Commonwealth will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible contractor.
