Food Supply and Related Services for CFS Head Start

The Center for Family Services (CFS) Head Start is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive food supply and related services contract. The scope of services includes timely delivery of food products, ensuring all containers and packaging are new and suitable for shipping and storage. Frozen items must be delivered at appropriate temperatures to prevent spoilage. The selected vendor will be required to provide a password-accessible, web-based ordering system for CFS Head Start staff, along with sales support. Deliveries are to be made during normal kitchen operating hours (Monday-Friday, 7 am-2 pm) and will include unloading and placement in designated areas. The contract period is for one year, from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027.
