Mill Avenue Sidewalk Power Washing

The City of Tempe is seeking a contractor to provide steam cleaning and power washing services. The services will include cleaning sidewalks along the East and West sides of Mill Avenue between University Drive and Rio Salado Parkway. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for cleaning other city locations as directed, including parks, buildings, infrastructure, and pathways.
